How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

What happens next?

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder and contact info@sugarandcompany.ca if you did not receive an email.

Within 3–5 business days as noted above, your order will ship out from our Mississauga location.

We ship via Canada Post. For an approximate delivery timeline after your order has been processed, you can view Canada Post's domestic delivery standards using L4W 0G7 as the "Sending From" postal code: https://www.canadapost.ca/business/tools/ds/default.aspx

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact info@sugarandcompany.ca immediately as we will not be able to modify orders once they have shipped.

Please ensure you have entered your correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping fees) and ask that you resubmit your order with the correct information.

Note: We are not responsible for carrier delays.

United States Orders

For orders to the United States, shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping times depend on your location. Canada Post quotes 2–8 business days for delivery but does not guarantee delivery within this timeframe. You are responsible for any customs, duties, and/or brokerage fees that may apply.

Local Pick-Up

Skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Mississauga location: 1-5270 Solar Drive, Mississauga, ON L4W 0G7

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready within 5–7 business days. We will send you an email with pickup instructions when your order is ready. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.
